A creative mind wanders
I’m an ardent artist and a generalist, with a knack for blending creativity and technical skill. My work span multiple disciplines, from digital art and multimedia projects to physical art and woodworking. I’m always exploring new techniques and ideas.
Below is an exposé of my work.
Simplicity
There is beauty in simplicity, but it’s sometimes lost to the unconscious drive to add complexity.

Exploring the beauty of edges

This series is an continuation of the simplicity series. An extended study of edges and light. Removing color from the equation while still having visually engaging and pleasing effect.
If you want to see more head over to the gallery.
Not everything has to be static
Few mediums have the ability to invoke feelings the way moving images can, especially if accompanied by sounds or music

A dash of complexity to add flavor
Sometimes daring to take a step back from minimalism, and add just a dash of complexity, a little details and a pinch of realism. Can transform a logo from just an image representing a name, to a subject of a story only partly told. Enticing the viewer to engage with it.
It also makes for some pretty wallpapers

Or, why not take the logo out into nature…

While on the subject of nature
Landscapes and nature scenes are difficult because of the inherent attributes of the subject. The closer you look the more chaotic it becomes.

Interior renders

Visualizing a what a thing or furniture, would look like in a room still requires visualizing the entire room. It’s a human thing we rarely view things in a vacuum.
Assets and 3d-Models

The car is a game asset, the TV was originally only intended as a streaming overlay but I ended up modeling the entire asset.
The wedding bands renders were made to visualize the wooden boxes before making the real thing, and lastly the shed is a work in progress visualization of a play house.
